PREGNANCY TESTING
We offer two kinds of pregnancy tests. Our free test is a
late detection test: you must be at least six weeks from
your last period in order for this test to read correctly.
We also have an early detection test that is accurate
about 10-14 days after conception (or three to four weeks
from your last period). There is a fee for this test.
Please call us for pregnancy testing hours or if you have
any questions.
PAP SMEARS AND EXAMS
We offer pap smears and well woman exams. A yearly pap and
exam is important for all adult women and is necessary in
order to receive a prescription for oral contraceptives. A
pap smear involves gathering some cells from your cervix
and those cells are then screened for any abnormal growth
or readings. A pap smear is an important step in the early
detection of cervical cancer. If you opt for a full exam
you will also receive a breast exam, pelvic exam, heart
and lung check, iron check, as well as the basics- blood
pressure, pulse, temperature, and weight.
STD TESTING AND TREATMENT
Our STD testing includes Gonorrhea,
Chlamydia, and
syphilis and our infection testing can diagnose bacterial
vaginosis, yeast, urinary tract infection, and trichomonas.
